Malaysian multinational chain of quick-service restaurants based in  Malaysia. The chain has since expanded to over 250 locations throughout Malaysia and across several countries.
Marrybrown is owned and founded by Dato' Lawrence Liew and his wife, Datin Nancy Liew. The Malaysian couple started the fast-food chain in 1981 in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and continue to lead the company as Chairman and Group Managing Director.

The restaurant started in a small shop lot in Jalan Wong Ah Fook, Johor Bahru, but within a few years, it expanded its operations into China.

This is a true story of what vision and foresight can bring about.
