These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IdeasandSolution.com (the “Platform”), operated by Evionis Series Limited (RC 768093) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, browsing, purchasing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content in the community or reviews;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, or use it to distribute malware or spam;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

3. Products, Orders & Payments

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant that descriptions or pricing are error-free. By placing an order you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Paystack); we do not store your full card details.

4. Events & Tickets

Event registrations and tickets are subject to the specific terms, capacity, and schedule of each event. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees. Refund eligibility for paid events is set out at the point of registration.

5. Refunds & Returns

Where applicable, refund and return requests should be made through your account or by contacting us using the details below. Eligibility depends on the nature of the product or event and any conditions stated at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Evionis Series Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting content (such as reviews or community messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and we may remove content that violates these Terms.
