REVENUE IS NOT PROFIT! PLEASE KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

Imagine selling ₦200,000 worth of goods in a month and celebrating your success, only to realise you've barely made any money.
Welcome to the difference between revenue and profit!

Revenue is the total money your business earns from sales, while profit is what remains after deducting business expenses.
For example, if your business makes ₦200,000 in sales and spends ₦150,000 on stock, transportation, rent and other expenses, your profit is just ₦50,000.
That means your business generated ₦200,000 in revenue, but you didn't take home ₦200,000 as profit!
UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE.

The business lesson? Track your expenses, calculate your profit, and manage your cash flow wisely.
Remember, a business can make huge sales and still struggle financially.
Revenue tells you how much you made. Profit tells you what you kept. Know the difference!
